How To Use The Chairman™ Plus

Learn how to get the most out of your new foil shaver and join us on your journey to a clean and confident shave with The Chairman™ Plus. Today we'll go over the features of The Chairman™ Plus and how to use them to get the most out of your new MANSCAPED  device. Follow along with the video for added help!

Step 1: Grab your device and choose your adventure (or blade head). If you're looking for a smoother, closer shave then you'll want to go with the Foil Blade. For those looking to leave a little stubble behind for a scruffier look, use the Stubble Blade instead. One of these blades will have you covered depending on the look that you're going for! 

The best part about the blade heads on The Chairman™ Plus is that they're magnetized, so it should be easy to pull them off and swap them out without a hitch.

Step 2: The Chairman™ Plus can be used wet or dry, but we recommend going in with a little Power Shave Gel before you start shaving for the best experience. You can apply it to your face or onto the blade head directly for self-lathering action. You'll have to decide for yourself what your favorite method is and we encourage trying both out so that you can optimize your own shaving routine.

Step 3: Turn on The Chairman™ Plus by pressing the power button a single time.

Step 4: Grip the ergonomic handle on The Chairman™ Plus in whichever way feels the most comfortable for you. Some people like to grip it like a dumbbell or a hammer while others prefer the paintbrush-style grip. Once again, we'll leave it up to you to decide, play around with both and find your sweet spot.

Step 5: Once you've found that sweet spot on your grip, start shaving by gently stroking your face in up and down movements. Let the blade head glide across the natural contours of your face while maintaining even pressure. 

Step 6: Get our final touchups done with the precision blade (ideal for cleaning up lines for your jawline, neckline, and sideburns). Use the precision lock and tilt the blade head at a 90-degree angle to take advantage of the precision trimming edge. Make sure you double check that you didn't miss a spot before you put The Chairman™ Plus down.

Step 7: After shaving down all that scruff, you're going to need a cooldown. Grab some Face Shave Soother and give yourself that post-shave reward, you deserve it. When you're satisfied with your shave, power down the device and get ready to clean.

Step 8: After turning off The Chairman™ Plus, remove the magnetic blade head by holding the device and pulling the blade head away. Take the blade head and gently shake it to remove any lingering hair. After that, rinse your blade head under running water to get the rest of the remaining hair. You can even turn the device on while running it underwater to help shake off the rest and give it a thorough rinse.

Once you're done rinsing, set it aside and let it air dry.

Step 9: After your device is done air drying, reassemble it and remember to charge it before your next shave. When charging, the LED indicator will blink and you'll be back to a full charge in about 60 minutes. If you ever run out of battery early while shaving, you can hit it with a 5-minute quick charge that should get you through a full shave.
