How to Use The Lawn Mower® 3.0 Plus

Step 1: Turn it on.

Nice. You got your hairy paws on a new Lawn Mower® 3.0 Plus and it’s time to trim!

First things first: tap the power button to turn on your trimmer. Tap it once to turn it on and once to turn it off. If your trimmer isn’t turning on, there’s a chance it needs juice. So, head over to your wall outlet to plug in your trimmer for a nice, full charge.

Step 2: Great work needs prep work.

The better you treat your skin and nether bits prior to trimming, the better your overall experience will be. For your body, we recommend our Body Wash daily shower gel. It’s infused with aloe vera and sea salt to keep your skin feeling clean, fresh, and moisturized.

For below the waist, go with Crop Cleanser®, a gentle groin wash with a clean, prebiotic-infused formula loaded with vitamin E, aloe, and menthol to keep the boys soft, supple, and well hydrated. Use these two products before a trim session and you’ll emerge much more satisfied.

Step 3: Get custom with your combs.

The Lawn Mower® 3.0 Plus comes with an adjustable comb. You can slide it up and down to choose your ideal length, so have fun with it! To swap out a comb, slide it off with your thumb toward the serrated blade side of your trimmer. To pop a different one on, just slide it onto the blade side until you hear that satisfying *click*.

Step 4: Shave it, baby.

Once it’s time to shave, keep the flat side of the trimmer flush against your skin as you maintain consistent pressure and speed along your arms, chest, armpits, and other sensitive areas. Don’t be afraid to get all up in your nooks and crannies with the Lawn Mower® 3.0 Plus, as we’ve included a spotlight to lead the way.

Speaking of your nethers, let’s get deeper into the weeds. To give your groin the smoothest shave, hold the skin taught around your balls and then make smooth passes over your skin. Keep the flat side of the trimmer flush against your skin and glide gently in a controlled manner. For a closer shave, move the trimmer in the opposite direction of your hair growth. Try to avoid raking the trimmer across your skin as that’s an easy way to irritate your pores.

Step 5: The after-shave routine.

Even the toughest skin can get a bit bothered after trimming. So, it’s best to set your pores up for success with a dime-sized dollop of Crop Soother™ aftershave lotion immediately after shaving.

Step 6: Clean and dry.

This trimmer is waterproof! Which means you can trim either wet or dry, and when you’re done with your session, just rinse it off in the sink. To clean your trimmer, slide off the comb and SkinSafe® blade and rinse each individually under running water. Then, place all of them on a towel to dry for next time.

Step 7: Charge it up.

When everything’s dry, plug in your trimmer using the included charging cable to give your next self 60 minutes of runtime. Now you have all you need to navigate your nethers.
