I have owned previous Models of the Manscaped mowers and then reasonably satisfied. The new 5.0 ultra is far and above any other manscaping or trimmer I have ever owned. The engineering/design of the 5.0 is outstanding. I now have the ability to shave “below the belt“ totally electric. It affords me the ability to keep the family jewels, clean, trim, and smooth like never before. With a 5.0 ultra you have hit the ball out of the park lol

Manscaped has really done well with this one. They fixed the issues from previous versions (that I was having at least) where the "skin safe" would sometimes cut me or the light was hard to turn off. Now the base blade has a curve so you can get close without needing to worry about getting cut. So far 110% happy with what I got.

So i purchased the Lawn Mower 3.0, a year ago and hesitated on getting the 4.0 since it only had a few new features, but i was sold once i seen the 5.0, then not only having different guards and interchangeable heads, sold me. Once i got it i tried it right away and i was amazed of how it felt it more premium than the 3.0, it had more features and it feels more reliable than the 3.0, i recommend this to anyone looking for a trimmer for yourself!

It's hard to hurt yourself with this thing! Ive used just the blade (no guard) on my face and a few areas below the belt with comfortable results; though, altogether more effective on body hair than face hair. The light is a great feature. I am interested in additional blades—i have no idea how long to expect they will last. Switching the blade for the I'm happy to see manscaped makes a trimmer specifically for face. So far, the Lawn Mower 5.0 appears to be well worth the price.

The 5.0 Ultra is a great upgrade from the 4.0 Lawn Mower and well worth the cost. The additional SkinSafe® Foil Blade compliments the SkinSafe® Trimmer Blade perfectly and provides for the smoothest shave. Thanks for a terrific product!

Really wish this was out when I purchased Lawn Mower 4.0. But was surprised that is was worth early upgrade. The extra foil blade was worth the early upgrade. After trimming with regular blade and then using foil blade, wow really close shave with no fear of nicks. Was surprised upgrade was worth it. If buying now do not consider 4.0 version. 5.0 much better and closer cut.
